the results of this paper might very well be affected by the erroneous implementation of the Kirkwood model with respect to non-equilibria calculations on the excited states. However, no investigation have been conducted to assess the quantity of the error, so I can not state if the conclusions in the paper are affected or not by the erroneous implementation.
