When reporting problem of this type it is very hard for us to figure out what went
wrong unless we get more information. In this particular case we knew
(see Valera's reply) but generally we need patch levels before and after you applied
pathes, what you did and did not do etc.

In general it is better that you use our bug report mechanism for problems like this.
