Problems running CCT3

Hello all!

When running CCT3 after a completely normal
CCSD run, CCT3 crashes with

*** (S)-level error SYSMSG001 ***
System message database is not available

This error occurs after having successfully allocated
the memory.

Has anyone encountered something like this before?
