this message is an indication that actually the code was compiled as a 32-bit application.
The recommended way to compile 64-bit molcas for Opteron is to use one of commercial compilers: Intel, Pathscale, PGI, NAG, Absoft.
The 64-bit port of Molcas to GCC 4.0 (gfortran) is scheduled to be released soon.
