Molcas 6.0 and IA-64 architecture

I have problems compiling molcas on IA-64 arch.
I receive a following error message during Global Arrays compilation:

efc -c -O -i8 -cm -w90 -w95 -align -DLINUX64 -DLINUX -DEXT_INT -DIFCLINUX -DVERIFY -DSTATS maf.F
